How this service is delivered.

REQUEST
Captain or purser submits fuel type (diesel, petrol, or both), estimated quantity, and charter status via encrypted portal.

CONFIRM
Coordinator confirms duty-free diesel at Porto Montenegro, Portonovi, or Bar; standard-rate pumps at Budva and Kotor suit smaller yachts. Luštica Bay is routed to the nearest duty-free dock. Standard window is 24 hours, often same day.

BUNKER
Fuel delivered berth-side at the marina's own dock, or dockside at the local pump for smaller vessels. Duty-free documentation for eligible diesel prepared and filed by our licensed agent before transfer.

RECONCILE
Delivery ticket and duty-free paperwork issued with the invoice; coordination fee applied as a flat percentage.
